Transcript Request Instructions

***Effective 7/1/08 there is no fee for transcripts***

Current Students & Former Students (who attended within the last 2½ years):

• Click Here to open myCommNet in a new window
• Log in using your NetID & Password
  (call 906-5252 or 906-5140 for login assistance)
• Click on the Student Tab and then click the link under Student Self-Service
• If prompted, select Capital Community College
• Click on Student Records
• Click on Request Official Transcript and follow prompts

• Click Here to open the Transcript Request Form
• Complete the form and return it to the Registrar’s Office at the address or FAX # on the top of the form
